  • How much is it to rent the space.
    Our rental rates are: $100 an hour Sun-Thur $125 an hour Fri and Sat
  • How many people does the venue hold?
    The capacity for the venue space is 75 people.
  • Does the space come with table and chairs?
    Yes. Round tables and chairs are included in the rental as well as black table linens. Other color table linens and chair covers are available at an additional cost.
  • Do you include decor rentals?
    A variety of different decor pieces are available for rent. These items range from specialty furniture to mobile bars and much more. Please ask about our specialty decor pieces and packages.
  • Do you provide decorating services and/ or packages?
    Yes. We provide a number of different decor packages and add-ons. Some examples of what we offer are custom backdrops, tablescapes, balloon designs, and so much more. Feel free to send us a message to discuss your specific needs.
  • Can I use glitter in the space?
    In order to provide a clean space to each of our guests certain items are strictly prohibited in the venue. This includes: glitter of any type, gum, confetti of any size, taping or nailing anything to any surface, and bubbles.
  • Are animals allowed?
    No. Animals are not allowed in the venue unless they are certified service animals and actively assisting a guest. Prior authorization for animals may be granted for certain pre-approved event types.
  • How much is the deposit?
    To hold your date and time a deposit of $250 is required at the time the contract is signed.
  • Is there a cleaning deposit?
    Yes. There is a $100 cleaning deposit that is refundable. This will be refunded to you in the method paid within 5 business days if the space is left in acceptable condition after your event.
  • Is there a restroom in the building?
    Yes. The building does have a unisex restroom that is also handicap accessible.
  • Is there a kitchen available.
    There is a kitchenette available for your use during your event. There is no cooking allowed on site but you will have access to a full sized refrigerator, a sink, and microwave.
  • Is there Wi-fi?
    Yes. The space is equipped with Wi-fi that is available for your use during your event.
  • Is alcohol allowed?
    Yes, but at your own risk. The client takes complete responsibility for any alcohol consumption as well as actions caused by the consumption of alcohol during their event.
